1. With timely delivery according to the quantity and quality, the products are produced according to the technical requirements listed in the national standard GB5237-2008, and the quality certificate is provided for each batch of products according to the test data.

2. If there are some technical problems in the process of use, our company will reply as soon as possible upon receipt of the notice. Service measures

Each sales has the obligation to carry out after-sales service to the sold products, and our company has formulated the responsibility and quality remedial measures for the after-sales departments.

1. The Sales Department is responsible for timely feedback customer's complaint to our company, the company formulates the solution and service measures, transfer to the Production Department for implementing after-sales service. The Quality Inspection Department is responsible for quality inspection and supervision, and the Production Department and the Technical Department is responsible for supporting and handling according to the solution.

2. Timely collect the customer feedback, identify the reason according to the customer's opinions, and propose the solution to solve the problem as soon as possible when meeting the requirements of the customer.

3. Our company replaces the product which is damaged caused by the product quality problem. The product quality problem caused by other reasons shall be settled by both parties through negotiation.
